Commandment's 9 and 10

For those of you who want to read it, here is another two commandments from my report. And for those of you who are tired of it, well, this is the last one. :-)

Commandment # 9 Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor. Exodus 20:16

This commandment is repeated in Matthew 19:18 and Romans 13:9.
The ninth commandment can be broken by slandering, tale bearing, giving wrong impressions, questioning someone’s motives behind their actions, or even flattering.
Slander is a lie that was made up and then spread around on purpose meaning to cause someone harm or hurt. Slandering can be very detrimental to someone, because it can completely ruin his or her reputation.
Tale bearing is done when you spread something that you do not know is true. Many times this happens among and to Christians. If you ever hear something about somebody, you shouldn’t go to somebody else and tell them about it. The right thing to do is to go directly to the person who is being talked about and ask them about it. Just like slandering, people can get very hurt when false information is being spread around to all their friends who all of the sudden begin to doubt who they are, or maybe even if they have salvation and so on.
If someone is guilty of bearing false witness, not only do they need to repent to Yahshua, but apologize to those whom you told falsely and to the person that you falsely told them about.

Commandment # 10 Thou shalt not covet thy neighbors house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbors wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor anything that is thy neighbors. Exodus 20:17
The first nine commandments basically focus on what we do, but this one all has to do with your heart.
Covet basically means to “want”, or to “pant after”. When a person sees something that their mind and heart admires, and they want or lust after it, it becomes covetousness. For example, if your neighbor’s house was large and beautiful and yours is little, old and ugly, you should be content with it. You should not lust for your neighbor’s house.
Let your conduct be without covetousness; be content with such things as you have. For He Himself has said, "I will never leave you nor forsake you." Hebrews 13:5
Yahshua gave us a special warning against covetousness:
And He said to them, "Take heed and beware of covetousness, for one's life does not consist in the abundance of the things he possesses." Luke 12:15

If someone was to disobey the commandments that Yahweh gave to Israel they were supposed to be put to death. With all of us being sinners and disobeying His laws at some time or another we would all be entitled to death, but later on in time around 3 BC, Yahweh sent His Son to live on the earth and He preached the Word. Yahshua, the son of Yahweh, gave His life to a miserable death on the cross that we might be forgiven for our sins and receive everlasting life. Yahshua did not make it so that it was okay to sin, but if we sincerely ask forgiveness for the sins that we commit He will forgive us.

In this text as you have noticed, I used the names Yahweh and Yahshua in place of God and Jesus. The names Yahweh and Yahshua sound more real to me; therefore I have used the Holy Hebrew names in place of God and Jesus.
